[Openlaszlo] adjustments to recent releases

Hi there, since version 4.1 Openlaszlo got a new naming convention regarding classes in scriptcode. There's a global map 'lz' where all classes are held and creating a new class works be calling lz.mynewclass(...). For declerative creation still the old way (i.e. '<mynewclass/>') is used. Static cla...

Well, it wasn't a bug but a feature :wink: Works fine on the tooltip you get by pressing f2: subviewcounter(subview) counts all subviews this view contains excluding itself Parameters: view subview: the view to examine Returns: number: the number of subviews The documentation view however shows this...

Yes, I'm talking about the text the appears in the document view. It displays the tags and the description. Whereas it's nice to have those parameter-descriptions in the document-view all those tags are in a single line there unless I put a html linebreak at the end of each line in the comments. If ...

Wow ... that was really fast (once again). Works perfectly. Thanks a lot. :D Now I've got yet another request. To get proper documentation for my methods I've got to append a <br> tag to each line in the comments. Maybe it was possible to break the line in the docs too when i do a linebreak. But on ...

[Openlaszlo] @type tag for methods

Hi there once again, Eric, do you think an @type tag in comments for methods was possible? I.e. I've got a method: <method name="test" args="aBut, aText"> //some code </method> Now I've want to say 'aBut' is of type lz.button and 'aText' is of type string. And the whole thing returns a lz.view objec...

I've yet found another strange thing :oops:

Code: Select all

<canvas debug="true">
	<view visible="${this.}"/>
</canvas>
I can't autocomplete inside the constraint at the dot. In some cases it seems to work however.

Unhandled event loop exception

I've got two '.lzx' files which include each other with '<include href="....lzx"/>'. When I press 'ctrl+space' I to start autocompleting I receive an 'Unhandled event loop exception - Reason: java.lang.StackOverflowError'. Details says the same again: 'Unhandled event loop exception' 'java.lang.Stac...

Sorry for bothering you :roll:

When I try to install spket-1.6.5 it complains about not finding the main-class. Maybe this occures because I recently switched to vista. Java -version is '1.6.0_03'.

That doesn't work for me. Is there something I could have done wrong. I just put the cursor on the end of 'th' and press 'ctrl+space'. 'alt+/' works but isn't as useful. As far as I can remember this was never working here. I did several reinstalls already but haven't seen that working, yet. Btw. I'...

But how code assist know the type of args, using comment with @param tags? Using @param would be an option. To tell the truth I didn't think about that. I just thought about having the autocompletion list those args. But for not defining the type it could be a javascript-expression. I just remember...

[OpenLaszlo] Formatting, mark occurrences, ...

Hi there once again, I'm still using OpenLaszlo and Spket is still the best environment here imho. Nevertheless I've got some suggestions/requests. It seems the formatter as well as the new mark-occurrences-feature doesn't work for OL. It would be awesome if this was possible there, too. Methods in ...
