OpenLayers API support

Post by Arise » Wed Jun 29, 2011 11:17 am

Hi there,
Can spket provide support for OpenLayers API? Thanks in advance.

P.S. OpenLayers API documentation is build with Natural Docs.

Regards,
Arise

Hello together,

I just subscribed to this forum because this was the only place I could find something about OpenLayers and code assist. I use spket alreade in Aptana 3 with ExtJs and it works great. Now some projects cry for assist in OpenLayers. Is there something in the pipe? Maybe someone from the spket staff can give comments in this thread.

Kindly regards

Thanks for the reply. I'am very happy finally found an IDE for working with Javascript. Can you give some hints when the new version will be available?

I uploaded a quick fix to support OpenLayers, please download http://www.agpad.com/downloads/com.spket.js_1.6.23.jar and replace the old one.

then download http://www.agpad.com/downloads/OpenLayers-2.11.jsb3 put it into folder OpenLayers-2.11\lib.

create a JavaScript profile for OpenLayers, the step is same as ExtJS 4, but you have to choose OpenLayers as Library.

It does not support Natural Docs yet.

Hi its me again, I'am using spket as an Plugin inside Aptana 3 (build: 3.0.7.201112151935). Like I said in my post some days ago I installed the plugin and can use it for Ext. But now I'am looking for the described .jar file in my system (Ubuntu 11.10) probably it is stored in the plugins folder of Aptana 3. But there is no file like that. Even not a com.spket ... anything else?!
Did I miss understood the charackter of the spket plugin?

Regards
Clemens

maybe you install it in a separate folder? does Aptana has menu item "Help -> Software Updates -> Manage Configuration"? maybe you can find information there...

Hmmm. The strange thing is that I did a search over the whole hard drive. There is no file found with the name "com.spket" except the one I downloaded from the link above?! Is there some rename action by aptana when installing plugins? I don't understand this.
